I think Computer Science is more versatile, we learn a bit of IT too in Computer Science, but easy is IT

Information Technology is the easier degree. Computer Science is the better degree in terms of the amount of money you can make in a shorter period of time.

It just becomes a matter of what you are looking for. In Info. Technology you will mostly be working with computer hardware-based equipment: A+, Network+, Microsoft OS, Macintosh OS (Also: their hardware/software), Cisco, Linux Administration. Will work with co-workers to a large degree.

In Computer Science, you will be a programmer, and not work with too many people.

Taking engineering courses for a computer science degree would be a waste of time.
Sometimes I just have to laugh and move-on to the next topic.

As strange as it sounds, some schools do treat computer science as a liberal art because of its theoretical nature. It's not as applied as engineering and IT. The college I graduated from allowed computer science courses for the natural science requirement.

Different schools have very different kinds of CS degrees. In some schools you'll get a BA (bachelor of arts) in CS, and in some it's a BS (bachelor of science) degree. Some CS programs require a good amount of math and some don't. In some schools the CS degree is very closely tied in with the engineering school and in some it isn't.

I will say that I'm biased towards the CS degree rather than IT, but that's because I work as a software developer and have always done scientific/mathematical programming. My degree is EE, though, not CS.
