This is not true for everyone.

Although if your company wants to pay for your MBA, often times they require you to work for them certain amount of years afterwards. If you do not like to be tied with that kind of obligation, then don't go....

It just depends on different person, different company, and different situation. Just think about it---if Google wants to pay for your education, in return you need to work for them for 5 years, how to resist?
