There are a few up in Woodland Park, one we really like is the Donut Mill.

That reminds me, the Pantry in Green Mountain Falls is great too but also can get crowded on the weekend. I have heard the Hungry Bear in Woodland is also good but I have never been.

While I have not been there but have heard great reviews for a good breakfast place in Manitou Springs, CO is Coquette's Bakery and Bistro which is 100% Gluten Free. I gotta get over there to the bakery. Enjoy your visit to the springs and surrounding area.

Charlie.

Ditto to European Cafe in Manitou Springs. Her homefries are to die for.

Western Omelette is a great breakfast place: Breakfast at Western Omeltte

I enjoy Mo's Diner (also in Manitou on the eastern outskirts of town).

The Spice of Life is good, too (another Manitou spot)

Maybe Western Omelette has changed. I went there probably 15 years ago and the clientele scared me from ever going back. Our waitress had more tattoos than any woman I'd ever seen (and fewer teeth, at a young age), and every other customer in the bar was in biker club gear.
