Thanks, Mike from Back East. I am going to rent first. Someone told me the Briargate area was very nice. Anyone know of a small home/town home with a fenced yard for rent in that area or another area just as nice as Briargate? Thanks.

On ppar.com I just found 20+ SFHs for rent in the Briargate area,
starting at $1200/month . Hard to go wrong at those prices compared to pricier cities. I'm sure there are tons more all over the area.
I found 5 THs in Briargate but none had fences. Lots to choose from all over town.
