The plot thickens, look at this from KOAA - Southern Colorado's News Leader:

"When President Obama signed the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, roughly $500 million dollars went to the state of Colorado for transportation projects. However, most of that money seems to be bypassing Colorado Springs and Pueblo. And that's raising some questions."

Here is a great website for you to watch Stimulus spending for the town you live in:

Stimulus Watch: Keeping an Eye on Economic Recovery Spending

It is my understand however that when the stimulus package was being pulled together in a rush, the cities had to pull together ideas and suggestions on how to distribute the monies. So some of these items on the list are from 'swags' (brainstorming) and may not actually happen; but I think its a great start to watch the distribution. If you see something of interest, contact your city manager and ask more questions.

That is what I did with the housing information on the site and found out that there is not a current plan for what is listed.
