I want to live in Durango, or Fort Collins......and seems like I can only afford a house in CO springs, or maybe the outskirts of Denver.........SIGH!!! There are certain areas of the Springs, I could live in.....YES!!! But, I really have my heart set on Durango, or Fort Collins........I am thinking it is because of the settings they are in.......

Anyone else have this dilemna?

Just curious, what's the attraction of Ft. Collins? Durango I can see, settled in among the San Juans as it is.

But I've never seen anything about Ft. Collins that really distinguishes it (in terms of it's "setting", at least) from any of the other cities along the I-25 corridor.

Don't get me wrong, it's a great community; I'd love to live there myself. Just don't see what really sets it apart from, say, Longmont. Or Colorado Springs, for that matter.
