Can't wait.

If it happens I'll take some pics.

Right now we are completely socked in with clouds and the temp just keeps getting colder.

I think it just might happen, it feels like snow.

Of course it is suppose to be 60deg tomorrow and 70deg by Friday

A frantic flurry of wet flakes around 8 this morning here in Silverthorne, followed by sunny skies. But still pretty chilly. Supposed to be some flurries overnight. Snow is definitely sticking to the north and east faces above 11,000'.

Heard from a friend who was returning home to Dillon this morning that it was nuking west of the tunnel.

We went to the top of Opher Creek Sun. The wind was blowing and cold. The snow on the Sangres was gone but the colors are changing fast. If you want to view in that area, do it soon. With that wind and cold they will be gone quickly. We also took the kids over to Bishop's Castle. That was a mistake! Not the castle part but Bishop himself. I think the man is losing it. He started out on a bellowing tirate (sp?). It is his land I guess he is free to say what he wants but his cussing was not appreciated, not with the kids that were there. He has always been a bit odd but this is the first time I heard him yelling out his free thinking speech accented with cuss words. People that were getting out some money to put in the donation can before he started. Just put it back and left as we did. So be forewarned. The castle is a sight to behold especially when you realize it has been built by one man and his dream. Just put ear plugs in your kids ears.
