Are you planning on getting an augmented well? An in-house well permit means you can only use water inside your house. No gardens, no washing your car, and no outside hot tubs. You can put the hot tub in your house but then you’ll have to deal with the humidity problems. You might be able to get away with it if it’s on a deck attached to the house but if you have it outside, it will be illegal.

I did research and understand water rights.
Since water is available delivered which allows for any use i still don’t get the warnings.

Any replies to the actual question?

I've owned hot tubs and they are pretty much like boats - I was very happy when I bought them and VERY happy when I sold them.

A lot of maintenance issues and very expensive to heat.

Why get something that you may use a month or two a year?

Cinco Rancho/Parkhollow/Synott must have switched IDs again. He/it/whatever did mention moving to Florida or Colorado in one of its last posts under the former identity. It has emerged from under the bridge and is getting the attention it wants now.

I’m not thinking typical tub with jets etc. Just a concrete tub with a wood stove .

I never had any other IDs on this site and don’t understand the hostile comments , I’m genuinly looking for information but it seems it’s very difficult to get any, not sure why.

Also, what is your problem with my questions??

What you describe is not a hot tub in the usual sense; i.e., when Americans think of a hot tub this is what comes to mind. What you describe sounds like something used to water livestock, like this.

I don't think any of us have ever seen a "concrete tub, with no jets, inside a house, used in conjunction with a wood stove." Is this some sort of joke?
