Colorado Resort towns do not really offer housing for workers. It is an expensive market and typically there are several renters in a single unit just to pay the bills. My best advice to you is do your homework before making that leap. It is and can be a fun learning experience...but be prepared to pay the price...

Almost all of the ski resorts offer employee housing. It's just really difficult getting into them.
