Colorado's tenant/landlord laws are very weak and definitely favor the landlord. You probably won't get any help from the county.
Luckily I don't plan on renting...ever again. I know I was stupid for not taking pictures. I know I do deserve to have part of my deposit used for repairs. What I don't agree with is having to pay more than my deposit to repair the crappy flooring he had in there to begin with.

I'd rather not go to court. I just want some legal advice so I can have some ammo when my landlord tries to charge me more than he should.

However, teaming up with the other tenants to hire an attorney isn't a bad idea. I may consider that.
