I find myself wondering why I don't live in Charlotte and continue to stick around in Columbia. It's just not very pretty all in all. Not manicured, roads suck, infrastructure is terrible as well. So far behind in times and from what I saw in property taxes... it looks about the same if not close.
Costco would be the tenant in the middle. Its entry/exit are usually at a corner. In this scenario, it would be at the A-side/D-side (southeast) corner.
Cabela's would be the westernmost tenant. Notice the bus/recreational vehicle/long vehicle parking on the D-side (east side) of the building.
This is the highest resolution image I could find of that newest rendering because the retailers haven't been announced to the public yet. You can clearly make out the Costco and Cabela's logos, but I can't figure out the others.

It appears a multiplex will locate between Costco and Kroger. The tenant between Caleba's and Costco could be a junior anchor. I do not know what its approximate square footage is.
No, I haven't either. They're big in the Midwest, I guess. Some of their theaters are full-service dining with recliner seats, but of course there's nothing on the flyer about whether we'd be getting that or not. One would hope that Marcus would want their first venture outside the Midwest to be all-out, though.

I hope any theater chain that is not Regal Cinemas and is reasonable with the admission and concession prices will do well.
I don't care about Cabela's, but a 2nd Costco definitely makes sense there.

Richland County can use a premier outdoor store. Cabela's fills that necessity.
Costco is a sound competitor to Sam's Club.
