The old Ryan's/Chinese Buffet in front of the WalMart was demolished. Any one know what may be coming in that location?

Wow.. That is interesting.. Maybe they are going to build another strip of small store? They tend to lease up pretty well. ..

I was just in the area this weekend and I didn't notice. That was an odd Chinese place anyway. I seem to remember it had weird signing.

I see they are finished with the three unit strip by Buffalo Wild Wings (Devine). Will we get something good on our side of town!

With the strip next to bottles now completely occupied there will be demand. Hopefully a new to market
food place takes one of the slots

What are they building in front of the newly constructed hotel? Across from the Nick's. Does anyone find it odd that we have like 84 hotels in the Garners Ferry area and not a lot of eateries?
