I agree. $4 million dollar buildout, I wonder if they might split the space, like they did with Toys R Us, it's a pretty huge, two story building

Does anyone know what’s going in the old salt life offices at the corner of 1st? It’s been undergoing renovations for a while and was recently painted.

Delta Data is moving there from Swift Lofts, and US Attorney office on the 2nd floor.
