I used to almost never have a problem with viruses and trojans before I learned about torrenting. And I don't browse the web for porn sites because some are bad and will infect you - got one virus that way. But now that I do a lot of torrenting I find that Spyware Dr and ESET Nod32 both keep me safe.

For those still living under the false assumption that porn sites are the major carrier of malware.
