He is an SSDI recipient. It's good to see our tax dollars hard at work.

Quit getting on my case because I get SSDI. I can spend the money the way I want to. And during my 5 + years of unemployment I applied for jobs for 4.7 years. I'm not a gov moocher, I actually want a good paying Mech Eng job, but they discriminate in jobs and they prefer to hire a good looking white guy for those kinds of jobs.

I think it's in everyone's best interest within the context of this forum to return this discussion to the topic of computers.

OK, agree.... Why don't you brag about how much money you have spent on your hardware...

I spent $5,876.32 on my latest desktop gaming system which has a 600 watt PS, a nVidia Tesla K10 8GB GDDR5 PCI-E x16 Computing Accelerator Processing Unit With Dual GK104 Kepler GPUs, 32 GB of RAM, an Intel Xeon 20 thread CPU, 20GB of DDR4 memory and 6TB of disk...

I don't work and want to upgrade my desktop next year hopefully after I get a job as one of my states Representatives in Congress...

I don't know why he doesn't set up on his own as a consultant if he's a qualified engineer.

Okay... I'm not interested in bragging. I have nothing to prove to anyone here with how much I spend on things.

Me? More likely to do the "Cheapskate Brag" about the great deal I got on Craigslist or Ebay. More likely than the "Fool Parted From Money Boast"....
