Anyone know what pre-built PC computers are available at the lowest cost to run CS6 with Win7. I do not want to build one nor do I want an Apple, so please don't post information related to either.

TIA

Given that CS6 costs $2000-$2500 USD, why are you focused on "lowest cost" hardware?

Close, but need 16GB RAM and your build actually only has 4GB.

Focus on I7 processor and then RAM, regardless of computer platform (Mac or PC).

I use Photoshop CS6, Lightroom, and Corel Paintshop Ultimate X6 on my i7 2600K 32GB ddr3 2133 computer and it works great. CS6 Photomerge works fast for me too.

Why not just add it later?

Comparing Intel Core i5 vs i7 | PCMag.com
An i7 is only really needed if you do a lot of video rendering and even then it's debatable.

I'd recommend a thinkstation http://shop.lenovo.com/gb/en/worksta...tion/home.html (or a boxx but they're not cheap http://www.boxxtech.com/) if you want a desktop pc workstation, we used to have dell workstations in the office and they were always breaking down. Hp's are the same in my experience.

Are you doing video work btw? The graphics and web suites aren't that demanding, a midrange laptop would be perfectly fine for photoshop/illustrator/dreamweaver etc. Just plug in a monitor, keyboard and mouse for use at home.
