False.

Surprisingly enough, only the 06610 zip code has fewer 20-somethings than Black Rock in the city of Bridgeport.

Except for places like Stamford, South Norwalk, and New Haven where 20-somethings WANT to live - a lot of these are 20-29'ers living at home.

CT very expensive state , most of the blame can be put on FFC Jobs driving up costs.... Rent should not exceed 1200$ outside Cities...theres really no reason to have rent between 1700-2100 for an average apartment.

CT Post online listed the zip as 06604 for the most 20-somethings. Black Rock is 06605.

Northern New Jersey is not much better. Don't judge the entire state by Stamford area. Just like NJ, southwestern Connecticut is pricey because of its close proximity to NYC. Get away from NYC and prices become much more reasonable. Jay

According to the list, the zip in New Haven is #2. #1 is Storrs. That's for ALL of CT.

Numbers 1 and 2 can be basically disregarded, as it's UConn and Yale college students. For "working" 20-somethings, downtown Stamford(06901) is far and away the winner, followed surprisingly by the 06604 zip of Bridgeport.
