Cranbury area in Norwalk for sure. Husband and I downsized from Westport a year ago and couldn't be happier in Norwalk. House is on a street with a double yellow line but the back yard is a private, flat one-acre. And we didn't spend anything close to $1.1 million. We couldn't be happier here. City sewer and water, but no natural gas. But that's OK-- we got propane hooked up, so we're "cooking with gas." Life is good here.

There's another area near upper Springdale that i totally forgot about. In the Turn of River/Newfield area, Gaxton/Norvel/Joan/Eastover/Intervale East are all 1 acre zone and have gas lines.
