154 was snow covered on my way home from work- traveling Deep River to Westbrook. Route 1 currently is wet, with snow in the middle of the travel lanes, and it's still snowing.

I just want several days of normal temperatures.

My Newfoundland loves this stuff, though.

Because at 6pm roads were still wet I went to my mom to help her shovel.and stayed for dinner, she's just a mile away from me. On the way home at 8pm stopping at a stop sign very slow, my car anti locks, traction control and all did a complete 180, was scary even though it was < 10 mph and lucky i wasnt near any parked or moving cars. My tire/rim did hit the curb hard,, but i think i lucked out. Stay in tonite!

Still snowing central Nassau Co. I have 2-3 inches on concrete surfaces here. There's a little breeze though and minor drifting, believe it or not.

Just stepped out and guesstimating 2" here in WH. A sure sign of how commonplace these events have become--there is zero mention of snow on the Courant.com home page!

4" in Wallingford and it looks like it's all but let up. I spent the evening in the garage changing the opener gears so I had to go clean off the car before bringing it back in.

Lol. Yup. Good ole SWCT. Must be the little hills that enhance precip a bit more.

City plows keep coming around. Roads must be bad. Piles must be high again

Snowfall reports from CT and some from NY.

3 of 8 counties in CT didn't have reports. (probably because it was less than 2" that fell)

I will have my Top 20 graphic tomorrow, departures for NYC area must be interesting.

Check out Islip Airport(ISP) 4.8" of snow meanwhile someone else outside the airport in Islip had 5.5". Gotta love official data from "airports"

Upton NWS office Long Island with half foot.

NYC 3.2"
LaGuardia 4.6"
JFK 2.5"
