Anyone surprised by this?

Wealthiest ZIP code? Not 90210

(Disclaimer: I dislike yahoo news but I thought the article was interesting, since I'm a new transplant to CT).

Not surprised.

Sometimes its better to live in more low key areas where this type of added attention is highly unlikely.

Welcome to CT, by the way.

And, usually when they publish those wealthiest towns or zip codes, it will be a bunch of tiny areas of 800-1,500 people, and then Greenwich with 60,000 or so.

I believe New Canaan was the most affluent outta the rich 3, lol! Doesn't matter, I feel like they fluctuate every year and it's negligible. What's another $1,000 when we're discussing 250k+?

To be the most populous doesn't mean that a place has every inch bursting with people, but rather that there are more people there than anywhere else in the state.

A perfect example is Windhoek, the capital of Namibia. In that country Windhoek is a metropolis, the biggest city known in Namibia.

Yet, this is what the city looks like:

Not quite like New York City, but among Namibian cities Windhoek is king! lol

New Canaan is the wealthiest at a town level, but this new listing is at a neighborhood level.
