Oh yes! That's right. It was Beacon Falls. For some reason, I was thinking Oxford. I hope that pulls through, too.

Apparently Oxford residents don't, either. They struck down the tax agreement between the town and the company who will run the plant. Should be interesting to see what happens from here...considering they already started construction. Yikes.

Saw it on the news. They showed a young mom standing there in a fur coat with a coach bag holding up a "Vote No" sign in the parking lot.

They are going to still build it.

It's funny these hippies struck down a deal worth $112m to the town and now the project will still get built and I bet they will get less money.

It actually has more of an impact on residential areas in Middlebury than Oxford. It would be in Oxford's commercial area. I think only 25% of the town voted. O
