The thing about I-95 is you never know when there will be a problem. I use to go back and forth to New Jersey from Fairfield and I always went the Parkway to I-287 to Tappan Zee Bridge to Garden State Parkway. It was longer so every so often I would "try" I-95 and every time I would say "never again". The final straw was the time I tried I-95 at about 2:00 AM only to be met with dead stop traffic in the Bronx. Finally I was able to get to an exit and made my way through the South Bronx on local streets. Very scary and you know what, I never went that way again. Jay
