Sorry to hear that. Bernie is by far, the better candidate. Clinton is the most bought-out candidate in our nation's history, taking millions of dollars from Wall Street and big corporations, and tailoring her positions to appease her donors. She has also voted on the wrong side of history about 60% of the time, while Bernie has voted on the RIGHT side of history 100% of the time and has been consistent, and correctly predicted everything that was consequential to the voting outcomes in Congress over the years. He supported LGBT rights since the 1970's, while Hillary just joined the party in 2011.

Sanders also has a better chance at winning the general election than Hillary does. Republicans hate Hillary a lot more than they hate Bernie. And Bernie has even swayed over quite a few Republican voters. Hillary's monumental baggage, scandals, and unfavorable public perception will sink her down come election time. People who are not Democrats absolutely hate her.

Bernie is polling better than Obama was at this stage in the campaign train in 2007. I wouldn't be surprised if he overtakes Hillary in the primaries, which he is expected to win initially in New Hampshire and Iowa. Almost everyone I know that's under 35 wants Bernie; not Hillary. Millennials can't stand her either.

The polls are also currently skewed in favor of Hillary because they are conducted via landline phone calls, which leaves out the entire millennial generation, who typically don't even have landline phone calls.

And for every Hillary bumper sticker I see, there are like 15 Bernie stickers out there.

Bernie has successfully generated the same degree of enthusiasm and energy that Obama has generated back in 2007-08, and then some.

I have high hopes.

And if Bernie gets the nomination, he has my support. However, I think, in the end, Hillary has the best chance in the general election-- despite what the polls say...

Yes, it's the socialist thing.

Yeah I will vote for whoever is the Democratic nominee. I still like Hillary, either way.

She can probably win the general election, but it would be by a VERY narrow margin.

Ultimately, I believe in voting for whoever you agree with and like the most, rather than trying to pick the winner.

The "socialist" thing certainly doesn't help Bernie, I agree. Unfortunately, we live in a nation where "socialist" is a bad word, because most people don't even really understand it. They automatically think it means policies that were practiced by the USSR, North Korea, etc., which is a joke.

Bernie could also call himself a "regulated capitalist," and it would suddenly resonate with those who consider themselves moderate or right wing. That's how stupid people are in this country.

I don't think Hillary's economic plans really go far enough to have a noticeable or meaningful impact. Her plans are rather subtle and safe.

For example....

Hillary's infrastructure plan is only $275 billion. Bernie's plan is $1 trillion.
Hillary merely wants to build upon the ACA. Bernie wants to expand Medicare for all.
Hillary is opposed to legalizing weed. Bernie supports federal legalization of weed.
Hillary wants to raise the minimum wage to $12. Bernie wants to raise it to $15.
Hillary wants to make college more affordable. Bernie wants free tuition for public universities (like it was before 1980).
Hillary no longer supports universal FMLA. Bernie supports universal FMLA of 3 months.
Hillary believes employers should be able to have a PTO policy of their own. Bernie would mandate that all employers provide at least a minimum of 2 weeks of PTO per year (still too low IMO).
