Stamford, Connecticut by Antonio84

The Landmark building rising behind the elegant store fronts on Bedford Street.

View of the Greyrock Place and Broad Street intersection on a beautiful early Spring day.

The southwestern corner of The University of Connecticut - Stamford Campus.

One of the most emblematic highrise of the Stamford skyline.

The most powerful financial corner in all of Connecticut. UBS Warburg's North American headquarter with the largest trading floor in the world in the background and the Royal Bank of Scotland's North American headquarter on the right.

Typical evening in Downtown Stamford. It has a sort of European air.

The impressive Saint Mary's Cathedral distinguishing itself from the urban melee.

Natural beauty meets man-made beauties on the Rippowam River.

Long Island Sound and its islands in front of Stamford.

Antonio, amazing shots, man, as usual!

What's stunning is that the same places look like crap in real life, yet the power of photography turns them into something so mercurial. I love your camera already. Mine sucks and I need a new one.

A photo is only as good as the place it captures.

Luckily, Stamford is a nice looking city and that makes taking photos here rather easy.

This was taken down the street from me almost 2 hours after high tide during Irene.

New Milford, CT facing West. 180 Degree Panorama view on RT67. It was nice to be on a "Route" road and being able to stop in the middle of it to take pictures.

View of the Farmington River from Drake Hill "Flower Bridge", Simsbury, 9/14/11. Relieved to see that it was unscathed by Hurricane Irene.

A few random night shots in Stamford. They didn't came out as I wanted them, so excuse me for the quality.
