I got a notification on the phone for potentially dangerous weather in the next 24 hours.

The thunder sure seemed intense last night! Heard noises that sounded like what I imagine actual bombs would sound like.. the normal boom was followed by 5-10 secondary booms a couple times...

June Precip Totals for BDR:

2018: 4.06"
2017: 2.40"
2016: 1.26"
2015: 4.73"
2014: 4.01"
2013: 9.48"

What I would give for a month like in 2016! What does it feel like to have under 3 inches in any month? I forgot.

17 months in a row over 3 inches here. Bring the drought back! lol

Then during the dry period we can say "where is the rain, bring it back!". We go through these sayings ALLLLLL THHEEE TIMMMEE.

As far as my preference? I prefer dry over wet except in Summer. I prefer wet and cloudy in summer.

Today's weather - Yuck, warm and sticky. Not my favorite.

We did not get the thunder here in Glastonbury that others got, at least not that I heard. Jay

It rained, but I heard no thunder in Berlin/Newington.

No 80s yet...but may finally happen. Hartford showed 78 and dew point 67 at last check.
