I have Celiac and never heard of this place, when I lived in CT--sad it is shutting down, thought. I did live down in Fairfield County, though...and we have By The Way Bakery and a quick hop into NYC for places like Senza Gluten.

I do make a lot of these things at home, though (100% GF house, obviously.) Things like brownies, cookies, soups, smoothies, and wraps are quite easy--although I do understand it is nice to sometimes be able to just run out and grab something, quickly and safely.
