What a forecast coming up for July! This summer hasnt had much heat. No heat waves yet. Last yr wasnt many either. We're saved! I should use my gas mower more, I wanna grow tomatoes in November!

I mean...the real upside is that, yeah sure we're still going to get those heatwaves, but the remaining window is definitely getting squeezed. Although of late, we've had good heat into mid-September. So enjoy this while we have it.

Max temp this summer so far at BDR is 90°.. Lowest in 6yrs.


Doesn't look like any 90s next 5 days either.




Only 4 yrs went all summer without hitting 90.

Looking at this loop today reminds me of winter.. Canadian High in control. Front pushed south of NYC. Incredible pattern.


Judging by this I bet you dew points are in the 40s in CT.... In July!

Is it July??? Dews in the 40s in the afternoon????? I'm stepping outside and not getting hit with an open oven door. Temps are in the 80s but doesn't feel like it.

Tolerable summer so far.

Dews in the 40s this morning making it feel like fall. I spy some 30s too.
Even the low 50s at the CT coast is below normal
