Has anyone ever traveled from Mystic to Lancaster County, PA? Google and Yahoo say to take I-95 to the NJ Turnpike and then on the PA Turnpike, etc, while Mapquest says I-95, I-287, I-78, etc. How much are tolls using both routes? We're heading to Mystic at the end of the month for a wedding and we'd like to get an idea how much this will cost us. Are there things we should know about along the way, such as construction? We plan on leaving Mystic on the 28th around noon. Thanks for the information.

I would not go the NJ Turnpike route. The one via I-78 will be better in terms of traffic and potential delays. I think the only tolls that way are the Tappan Zee and the Delaware River bridges; I don't remember what they cost now.
