Wow, those winds the past 2 days!

We were without power until after 3am this morning.

We did not lose power but a neighbor lost a 20 year old tree which split in half in the wind. Jay

Lights flickered once at work but remained on. No power loss at home.

Parts of Cheshire lost power at 3:30. I don't know for how long since I work in Middlebury.

Wow, you guys were lucky! Mine went off at 5pm-ish and didn't come back on til 3:15 this morning. Turns out, for my area at least, a branch came down on a power line, then caused the transformer to explode, which set some trees on fire. As soon as the fire was out, another started.

My friend lives right near it and saw it all. Scary stuff.

Our power went out for only about 2hrs in Manchester. Of course in the middle of giving the kids a bath and trying to cook lunch
