That's an odd assortment.

Student edition of CS5e is $185, a used xbox is usually around $100 or so, lightroom is another 80 bucks or so, twisted metal game might be 10 bucks used, and a vtouch is like 40 bucks new.

Overall, meh. If you need all that stuff, it's a decent deal. Are you 100% positive you're getting the serial #s and they aren't being used elsewhere? I don't know if I'd trust buying adobe products from anywhere else other than a retail outlet or adobe themselves.
