We are looking for a possible retirement destination and were wondering if anyone who has checked out the Chattanooga area and the Cumberland Plateau has done any "comparison-shopping" on these two developments. Both have done a lot of advertising in South Florida, and both offer weekend travel specials. We're a bit partial to Sequatchie Pointe right now because we like the idea of being closer to Chattanooga, but Hawks Bluff has received many glowing reviews on this board.

My wife and I bought land in Hawks bluff and in the process of building a home. I think it is worth the trip and take a look a the land in Hawks Bluff.
