Unless he was cheating on his wife with a 14 year old, I fail to see the relevancy. What two consenting adults do together is their business, if he was cheating on his wife, its certainly immoral but most definitely not illegal.
Actually it depends on the state. It is still illegal in about 23 states I think.
Okay so there's some archaic laws on the books in a few states, I suspect you rarely if ever see them enforced. In Idaho its a felony apparently but that didn't slow down airport foot-tapper Larry Craig much.
