Actually it depends on the state. It is still illegal in about 23 states I think.

Okay so there's some archaic laws on the books in a few states, I suspect you rarely if ever see them enforced. In Idaho its a felony apparently but that didn't slow down airport foot-tapper Larry Craig much.

75% of men, and a similar amount of women, say they would cheat on their wives or husbands if there was no chance of getting caught.

Adultery is immoral, but doing it or at least wanting to do it is not an immortality than nearly everyone doesn't share with each other. See, look.

Child rape? Now that's quite different. There's nothing about having an affair that should have taken Chris Hansen off the air.

I actually find Chris Hansen creepy. He enjoys his job WAY too much, IMO.

I'm surprised he hasn't raised the money yet.

If they're going to bring these shows back, I think somebody who doesn't commit adultery would be a better choice of host.

No, I was comparing it to the fallacious argument that you were making. You are using the "poor kids" defense to justify what Chris Hansen and ignoring that his own morals towards family are questionable.

Maybe do CAP involving some of the hormone-raging Cougars, who MUST hookup with very young men???? Nah, that would not make the audience salivate for blood.

I get it, so you're trying to equivocate kids being sexually abused by adult predators to the difficulty kids face when realizing that their dad is a bit of a man-*****. Thats a perfectly reasonable comparison.

How silly. I could just as easily say that you advocate for an adulterer to be put in charge of finding sex perverts.
