Do they? Or do Americans just assume they do, because, you know, it's all about us?

Actually both India and China are seeing a rapidly rising incidence of obesity (and type 2 diabetes along with it). As I said earlier, it's truly a global issue.

EVERYWHERE modern processed food goes, obesity soars. It is fiber-less, filled with horrible Omega 6 vegetable oils, and loaded with added sugar.

And modern processed food goes everywhere. As soon as a country's population rises above subsistence-level poverty, multinational corporations are there to market it to them. There's almost no place left on Earth where you can't get a Coke or a Big Mac.

Here's another one for ya Waldo. Do you think it's a large enough poll at 353,000 people. You think it's all hype? LOL.........

When I visited india processed garbage snack food and sodas were everywhere and quite often cheaper than the fresh food. However people rarely ate it there because it's clear as day it's complete garbage. The vast percentage there were of a healthy fit type figure and the women also almost always had large natural ****. - Just saying the price paid for culturally thinking trash food is ok is of biblical judgment level.

Sugar has its place in the diet just as everything else. I like sugar and will continue to eat foods that contain "the other white powder". It's all about moving more and eating less. You can maintain your weight eating nothing but doughnuts as long as it fits within your caloric range and you exercise regularly. Of course, it won't be nutritionally balanced and you'd be deficient in many nutrients, thereby causing other health problems.
