WASHBURN, Tenn. (WATE) – At Jeff Amyx’s hardware store in Grainger County, Tennessee there’s no smoking and no service without shoes and a shirt, but what’s causing all the commotion is his “no gays allowed” rule.
Amyx said he has received bundles of hate mail after he posted a controversial “No Gays Allowed” sign outside his store in Washburn. However, he says the sign has only brought more people in to the store. Now, he’s printing anti-gay messages on hats and bumper stickers.
Even the most inbred, low IQ neanderthal in America knows the most basics of marketing, "there is NO such thing as bad publicity."
People who have never heard of this dude, will now want to support him simply to spite people who they feel are 'intruding' on privacy and personal opinions.

Actually he is stupid. Gay people have more disposable income, and yes they do go to hardware stores.
He may be small potatoes, but many companies have learned the hard way to not discriminate against gays.
Think about it, you have a gay couple with no kids who combined make six figures vs. a straight couple with 4 kids who have the same amount of income.
Who has more spending power?
He also might end up the target of violence, as in getting his store burned to the ground.
Look Urban Outfitter even supports ISIS........Bing Images
Hopefully, you are equally applaud and realize it's not just Christians doing this........wonder how many buy there clothes from Urban Outfitters and think nothing of Christian bashing.

In most circumstances I'd agree with you on this, but Washburn, TN is not really even a town. I'm pretty sure anyone who is gay growing up there gets the hell out the first chance they have, lol. It seems like one of those rural areas where every ones lives are centered around religion, guns, and hunting. In an area like that this could only help his business.
I think the previous comment was a joke!! If God is real he's probably very disappointed with our eyesore of a country and a bunch of gun tooting Confederate flag waving morons (and Donald Trump...)
He's disappointed in the disobedience of all of us. I love believing in the Bible. It's so cut-and-dry, black and white, good and bad, right and wrong. It's easy. And I've found joy in abundance as a believer.
I'd say the fact the store owner sells out is because there are many Americans, not just in TN, who believe homosexuality is wrong. Not that anyone cares what they think so why make an issue of it? You don't care what Christian's think. We don't care what you think. We can all agree to disagree. And if we all end up in heaven, well the joke will be on us, won't it?
We are all sinners. Your sin is no worse than my sin. None of us deserve forgiveness. We are pond scum.
Ignorance in action is clearly represented in your post. BY THE WAY.. The word God is not automatically indicative of Christianity. Many Christians say "God bless America" but so do none-Christians.
