Yes. NO INCREASE IN WELFARE BENEFITS after the first child. They just the stay at the same level. Dire consequences for bad choices will change those choices.
what do mean by welfare ? what if someone with 2 kids wants to go to college. would that mean they no longer qualify for pell grant or federal work study ?
I hope the remaining kids are taken away and never see their parents again. As for the so called parents, I hope these sh!tstains spend the rest of their life in jail and end up hanging themselves.

I'll address this hijack: Yes, absolutely. That would mean if you want to get education, a service provided by other human beings, that you would have to PAY FOR IT YOURSELF out of personal earnings or take out loans. Pell grants gone, work study gone, other educational welfare gone. College is not a right, it is a service, and should be paid for by the individual benefiting from the service.
