Two more sick dogs that need to be exterminated ... This was most likely racially motivated, though.

I thought only one man was responsible for the death of the waitress.

Oh, I see missed the thread hijack.

Does anything good ever happen at a Waffle House?

I have a rule that I don't eat anywhere that serves breakfast 24 hours a day.

Aside from all of the comments so far, with which I agree, some people are hell bent on smoking and will kill to smoke. They are addicts and will not budge. They have to smoke. Not considerate, but they don't care. They must smoke. Minimum wage employees should not have to enforce the law with addicts. They don't get paid enough. So sorry to see this happen but it is not surprising. We live in such a dangerous place where courtesies are not handled correctly, courtesies are not important, and a gun is the answer to everything. Maybe he should be burned at the stake. Then he can enjoy his own smoke.

I can't believe these things happen. I feel sick thinking of that poor woman. Someone lost a mother, a sister, a daughter, a best friend, over something so trivial. God help us all.

The article said he'd suffered from a severe brain injury. He should be locked up for the rest of his life in a prison that deals with psychiatric and medical issues, not executed.
