so now employees will have a new rule: do not request that a customer do or don't do anything. Just serve them and keep your mouth shut! If they light up...oh well, let the other customers complain.

First, my heart felt condolences to the family of this poor woman.

Looking at this from my vantage point here in Canada.......I cannot imagine such a vicious act.

For what its worth........Right across Canada, no place where people are being paid to work, allows smoking. Period. Its a national no smoking law that applies everywhere. So, no smoking in any office, bar, café, bus, taxi, factory, truck stop or any enclosed space.

As a result, less than 15 percent of Canadians smoke tobacco now.

What a stupid and senseless thing to do. Killing a person who is simply doing their job.

Does the State of Mississippi have the death penalty ? I sure hope so, in the case.

Dannng if those two places are considered the armpits of America I'd hate to see what you consider the rear (anus) of America is...

I'd probably put Washington DC at the top of my list

Not saying guns are good or bad but what I was saying is crime and murder happen without them because its people who commit crimes. The entire concept goes over your head so there's no point in a debate

carry on...
