I was surprised that the first successful penile transplant was performed in Africa. Amazingly, that man went on to father a baby just a few months later.
My questions?
- do you wait around and pick the cadevar you like the best or does the doctor just grab the first one that comes in?
-do you go just a tad bigger if you do get to pick? Surely you wouldn't want to go smaller.
- will it ever be able to "perform" properly and with feeling? If not, I feel it's inaccurate to call it a successful transplant.
All serious questions the guy should answer for the rest of us.
