Tragic. It was a poor decision sending it to people but they could have left well enough alone. Why torment someone and kick them when they are down?
People make mistakes, bad decisions in life. Lessons should be learned and mistakes (hopefully) not repeated while moving on.
This story reminds me of one posted here earlier this year. A young women does a sex porn film and then when she reveals it to friends they criticize here so she kills herself.
The people who contributed to the bullying of this woman didn't think of her as a real, live human. She just became fodder for stupid jokes. It's kind of a case of mob mentality... once one person starts laughing and denigrating, others just join in without regard to the actual life they're making miserable. It's a shame and I feel bad that this woman committed suicide. That she was in such mental anguish is really sad.
She was quite happy for her ex to be treated as fodder for stupid jokes. What goes around comes around.
This isn't a cut and dry case of poster's regret. She was bullied and humiliated in Italy for years. Memes, t-shirts, phone cases. Poking fun at her was a national pastime.
So...lets talk about the real reason she killed herself and not be jerks. She was being tormented.
For years. I thought this happened in 2015.
According to posts after the article in one of your links she made the video of her having sex with some guy and sent it to her ex and a few others for revenge. There is a link to an article where she supposedly admits this but its written in Italian.
Most of the articles are trying to make her out as the victim.
I assume she killed herself because she couldn't live with everyone knowing her nasty secrets and criticizing her for it. It happens. While her suicide is tragic as is any suicide especially those due to bullying or personal loss in this particular situation it was 100% preventable.
One just cant go around doing shameful things saying look at me look at me then blame others when they judge you. Should the world be above teasing, bullying and saying hurtful things? That would be awesome but we are not. We are judgemental and hateful. Its best people understand that and act accordingly or at least hide their own deviance until it becomes socially acceptable.
Honestly, while of course I find it sad she decided to take her own life, I don't know what was more stupid here, making a sex tape in the first place or sending it to friends; one of which was an ex-bf.
I never understood why people are embarrassed over sex lives it is not like she committed a crime. Most people have no shame about stealing or robbing people or punching police and she kills herself over a video. I do not get it, she must have had some mental illness or something it does not add up.
We only know she sent one to her ex-bf...they haven't said who else...at least not in the 6 articles I read about it. Good behavior? No...no it isn't. Still revenge porn posting isn't ok.
Did she guess she would become a national joke to the point she would need to move, quit her job, change her name?
No...it isn't right. Was she a saint? Did she make all wise choices? No. But it doesn't change that people then went on to post these revenge videos, against her will. And then she became a national joke.
If I leave boxes from a new TV I bought at the trash, and I leave my doors unlocked...do I "deserve" my TV to be stolen just by being careless?
If you sent out notices to others that you bought a new TV and were going to leave your door unlocked, would it surprise you if someone stole your TV?
I feel very sorry for people who make a sex tape with their significant other and that significant other publishes the sex tape after a breakup. But in this woman's case she wanted to torment her ex (several articles state she sent the video to several "friends", including the ex) and it back-fired big time. What's especially mind-boggling is that this was a 31 year old who should be mature enough to know better.

Surprise me? No. How about someone comes and steals my TV then an entire nation makes fun of me for it? Wears T-shirts about how stupid I am and treats me like trash to the point I have to change my name and quit my job.
Clearly, she did something STUPID...but the outcome was way disproportionate to the offense. Just because someone might repost them online, doesn't mean they should! Or that it is ok. Or that it is legal. And just because it is online and out there doesn't mean people should watch them and torment her.

Where are people's morals?
Most dont have any, just like this poor woman. It is the society we have become.
If she had done these sexual acts outside of the institution of marriage or for public display 50-100-400 years ago her treatment would have been far worse.
If she looked on the upside of this she probably could have made some bank if she patented her phrase "your filming, bravo". All those T-shirts and meme. Probably would have been interviews, endorsements and even book deals. Four hundred years ago she would probably gotten a public lashing or stoned to death.
