They should be charged at minimum with malicious tampering with food. There should be charges of a sex crime as well. Let these cretins be registered for life as sex offenders.
I think that is going a little far to have them registered as sex offenders for life. However they do need many hours of community service, perhaps working with the homeless or Habitat for Humanity.

I can't access the Nebraska statute at the moment - site seems to be down - but I do recall someone who engaged in a similar act, being convicted on the charge of indecent assault in another state.
