That is terrible.
The problem is these teens from the sounds of them don't have an appreciation for life, have no plans for the future beyond getting high and playing some video games later on.

They did warn the guy then teased him for making the mistake of getting in. I guess he learned his lesson.

I wonder how fast those guys would have reacted if it was a pretty young women that was drowning.
They had nothing to gain from rescuing some old guy.

They are selfish and short sighted.

The laughing and mocking was disturbing. However, police and fire always tell people not to jump into a situation like this and try to be a hero. I would have called 911, but I don't think I would risk my own safety trying to save someone else.
