Doesn't matter what she does from here on out, she'll always be a child murderer (at least in my book).

Sure, no problem. But then I am not on my high horse riding hell-bent for Dramaland.

No, it is pure hysterical BS until you actually do cite facts. You have just made a totally unsupported assertion, nothing more.

The past is cast in concrete, it isn't just in your book.

It's not drama to say I'd feel unsafe around a murderer.

Men do get longer sentences for violent crimes than women do. Ask anyone in the criminal law profession.

Things to consider:
She committed the worst crime possible in life, killing her own child.
She did time for the crime and in the eyes of the law she has paid her debt and is free to go and live her life.
On the other hand, she has received free education courtesy of the state and therefore is qualified to obtain a graduate degree that would essentially "gift" her with entrance to a highly selective college for which people work hard and paid hundreds of thousands of dollars. This angers some who have played by the rules and will not receive the same things for which she will get free and after committing a grave act.
Is she eligible? Or does her soul her a black mark so to speak that can never be erased?
Are we responsible for our own actions? Can we ever erase the worst things we have done?
In my opinion, she is not eligible and never will be.

She should have never been released until she showed where the body is. Disgusting devil. Always these types have no problem with fertility. Sane nice people have issues with having a baby.

I never said that. I was only responding to the comment that "it was consensual sex," which is technically impossible when we're talking about a 14 year-old (especially if the other person is an adult). Sure, plenty of 14 year-olds THINK they're having consensual sex, and statutory rape is different from forcible rape. But the fact remains that they're basically a child, and therefore not mature enough to knowingly consent or fully understand consequences. When I think back to myself at 14, I was in no way prepared for the responsibilities of child-rearing. Still not, tbh, and I'm 40 now.

And this attitude is why we have such high recidivism rates among criminals... if you're treated like a criminal, you will likely continue to act like one. On the other hand, if you are given a chance to move forward after serving your time, you're more likely to make a positive contribution to society. Everyone deserves that chance, and if she proves us wrong, THEN you can label her as hopeless. Only then, imo.
