Believe what you want. My family has been very involved in this including scientifically,politically and it is being discussed world wide ... facets of it that have nothing to do with the lawsuit angle.
But as far as that goes, the only way to force change and/or get corporations to act is to bring a suit.

Never heard of this before, there was a time in my life when I drank 4 or 6 cups of coffee a day, and now it's 1 - 2 cups if that. Never had I heard that it can cause cancer...but if it's true, just goes to show, everything in moderation....Never was that much into Starbucks or any other gourmet coffee, while it is good, just never needed it in my life to function...but now that I think of it....it was proven to be addictive to a degree....wasn't it?

Act for what? That company did nothing illegal. It did not contaminate anything. PFOAs are not harmful.
