You have no idea if any of that is true

Hey may have been scared. He may not have

The caregiver might have been in the wrong. She might have been doing exactly what she should have

Sorry for the sarcasm I need to go away from this again. No he didn't bite anyone bc he was scared, he didn't throw anyone over the top of the rail because he was scared, he has a problem controlling his temper, which is indicative more if a mental illness than disability, as in MI/DD.

My former husband worked as a 1:1 at the Deveraux Institute for about a dozen years. I’ll ask his opinion and report back.

Don't put words in my mouth, my cousin had Downs Syndrome. From a young age I had first hand experience with mentally disabled people. The hairs on the back of my neck stand up when I hear the word "retarded" used out of context. I worked with a young woman in an office who had a habit of saying "that's retarted" or saying "They're so retarded", I finally corrected her.

This is a case of someone who has a history of violence and attacking strangers. You don't leave them unattended in a situation like this.

Only on the internet.

Anywhere else, except the internet, a person could state, without fear of contradiction, "that young man has trouble controlling his temper".

Someone diagnosed him as a sociopath based on the look in his eyes.

Obvious to anyone participating in this thread who's not being incidentally dishonest - twice

First pretending they didn't say anything about it being indictive of mental illness and not DD

Second saying I said I "tied shoes" for $9 an hour
