Thanks to the homeless man who rescued the poor puppies.

I just don't understand how anyone can take an active part of suffering and pain to those who can't defend themselves like kids, the elderly or animals.

Technology (social media, Internet) has opened my eyes to some of the most horrendous things that go on in this world that I could never imagine someone could partake in. Some just don't care and some are sadistic in taking enjoyment of the suffering. So sick and sickening.

I have noticed this as well, but many times they want something in return.

You are overlooking a far simpler, cheaper and quicker alternative.

Update: The woman has been sentenced to one year in jail with 90 days of this being in a work release program. I don't think she'll do this again.

She also can't own any pets for 7 years, although I think it should be a permanent ban.

I don't know if it was said in this thread, but one of the puppies did end up dying.
