I don't think that blast used explosives though. I think he sealed up the RV air tight and filled up the interior with propane which would not only explode but had a lot of built in shrapnel ie screws, rivets, sheet metal etc. that did the damage we saw. I don't buy a missle, a second bomb etc. Just look at what happens after an accidental gas explosion in a house-the damage is described as if a bomb went off.
Because his RV had such a small volume to fill with gas, there is no way it could have caused the huge explosion. No even remotely close.

The FBI has concluded that the bombing was not terrorism, but a successful suicide attempt. The location and time were chosen for no other reason than to minimize injury.

"After a wide-ranging investigation, the FBI said in a report that the bomber, Anthony Quinn Warner, acted alone "in an effort to end his own life." The FBI said Warner was motivated by several "life stressors" including "paranoia," "eccentric" beliefs and "deteriorating interpersonal relationships." "Warner specifically chose the location and timing of the bombing so that it would be impactful, while still minimizing the likelihood of causing undue injury,"
