Good morning everyone
is it really saturday ???
With hubby being off since wednesday it has felt like saturdays for the last 2 days.

Well yesterday was non stop spent 2 hours cleaning up the old appliances in the hot hot garage not that I am a bad housekeeper it is just that well you know lol
then I went out while hubby was working on the pergola and did soem serious cutting back in the "jungle" my gardens have become with all of the rain we have been getting. The kiwi was out of control yes the vines will grow 30' so since I didn't see any sign of fruit I wacked them back until hubby can extend the trellis for them.

ok I am getting use to the new fridge the freezer on the bottom is interesting and I am not sure I am loving the ice/water dispenser thingy my "big" cup doesn't fit, but they look great. I haven't tried the stove yet lol I don't want the top to get dirty hmmm wonder how long I can use that as an excuse not to cook.

Todays plans include mowing and more cutting back then we take my mother in law out for dinner for her birthday oh yeah she is having fun with the fact that I will be 50 in a couple months lol hers the freaky thing she just turned 58 la la la la

ok whos going to do what today

karla

Wow! I beat Robyn today! Woohoo!!!

20 min. hubby walk. I'm cleaning the bottom oven right now (LOVE those self-cleaning ovens!!!). Karla, may I borrow your excuse not to cook? I mean, I have the ovens and the stove all cleaned up for the buyers. Can't mess it up now, can I???? Great idea! I'll give it a shot, too.
Wow...an MIL who's only 8 years older than you. I'd forgotten you were a cradle robber. YOu go, girl.

50's great. I love it.

Have a fun weekend, everyone. Be talking to you soon.

actually i am looking forward to trying the new big burner i bet the griddle pan fits better then on the old stove hmm maybe pancakes
I have read the instruction manual for the stove it actually tells you what rack to use if baking or using the convection feature i have a feeling i am going to have to keep the "how to part" of the manual handy
ok off to eat then out to mow that will be my exercise for the day

Helooj everyone!

I just realised (yes, I am slow) that today is 7/7-07 !!! What can I do to "honour" this special occasion?
Hm...Clean out the wrdrobe, maybe...I need to find my clothes, I've been dressed in the same jeans and t-shirt for the last couple of days.

Walked the walk today, finally. Took some convincing and motivation-talk, and then finally my mother asking me :didn't you say you were on your way out? Because if you're not, then maybe you could help me with...?

I was out the door before I heard the last of the sentence
Though the world seemed to be against me today. I had just closed the door when a huge butterfly flew into my shoulder with a loud plopp. And then, as I stepped out on the gravelroad, a flie hit me in the eye. I was blinking my eye, thankfully.
And the, the sky suddenly decided to open up and let down half the Atlantic Ocean over my area.
Sigh. But, the walk was nice. Besides from the above...

Good luck, NMS and Karla! (Though I don't think I'll pass the tip on to mother dear...)

Default Ya thought I wasn't coming, huh?

OK, did 120 crunches about 244 am or so... listed on yesterdays thread. Got up this morning and did 2.5 miles at the park, then at the mall I went!

I bought a pedometer at target and.....

6,397 steps....2.826 miles......only 428.6 calories burned.

I think I need to reset the stride. I think my strides are bigger than what I set it for.

WOOHOO!!!!!! water water water

geting my hair cut later, gonna get some freaky hi lights at 1...pray for me!
