Well, the snow that was supposed to hit around 5 started around 2. My lights are flickering so I am shutting down. Worked out tho.

Afternoon all! Yep, we got hit with ice last night, warmed my car for 15 minutes and still had ice I had to dig off, and that was this morning. Now, well lets just say it is white out conditions in Auburn and the ride home was not fun

We got a letter from the vets office here, and they made a contribution in Cassy's name to the vet school at Purdue! It was such a nice letter and sure made us feel better.

Best get, typical Monday I have to finish up on stuff left over from the weekend and finish a few loads of laundry. Have a good one, and girls up here..........stay home it is nasty out!

How nice of the vet's office to do that. Cassy would be proud.

Be safe you northerners.

Ahh Sandy what a nice thing for your Vet to do !!

They were showing the weather up where you ladies are yikes !!! Ice is so scary

Well I got all the new hanging baskets repotted, potted up a couple more plants and separated a bunch of cuttings I rooted that I now need to find a home for

I am seriously considering remove the other elm tree that is in the front I am over the mess from the seeds it drops.
I have a bazillion little elm sprouts in all of my front beds they are growing in the mulch not the dirt under the mulch grrrr I may end up pulling the mulch off spraying it with roundup then replacing it once it has dried. I can't even imagine how many are going to be sprouting in the lawn

This along with the 1 yd of sand so I can level out one side of the front lawn might be good "while hubby is in TX" projects lol that way I will be too tired to worry about being alone in the house at night
