lol evey I had to try something and there was noooo way I was putting cauliflower or tomatoes in my mouth
I figured it was the lesser of the evils

lol I am all about the peanut butter as a matter of fact I just had a peanut butter sandwich but on cauliflower rofl
besides the cauliflower smelled lol I bet cooking "enhances" the aroma huh huh huh

If the cauliflower was raw it would have been the least of the evils (just in case you have to do this again). Even I will eat cauliflower, as long as it has not been cooked.

Well, as long as it's not green stuff growing in your fridge! I know a few dip recipes that could greatly enhance that veggie experience, but weirdo that I am, I like that kind of stuff-except celery, which is only good for cooking. So, today I learned that there are 3 sets of shoulder muscles, and I'm going to try to work that into the 'routine', did some, and now I'm going to eat. Boy is it cold and windy here, stay warm everyone!

Holy cow, 5 days of not checking in and everything has changed on CD!! I went on "health and wellness" forum only to realize that we've been "relocated" to exercise and fitness!!

I hope everybody had a great Thanksgiving. Mine was great. I learned how to crochet so I am in the process of making my first scarf! Woo-hoo.

The party really is over! No more cheating ... tomorrow the gym I go!
