Good morning
lol omg I am so sore this morning
Guess the "innocent" little purple ball really worked some muscles, who would of thought

Today is "butterfly class" so no gym
I am going to go Wog with Lola around 7:30

So what will your "muscle wake up call" be today

The only muscle I'm trying to wake up today is my brain! LOL Didn't sleep well. That cup of coffee with our late dessert last night sounded like a good idea at the time. I had heartburn all night long. Oh, well. Hubby and I just decided it's going to be a relatively lazy day. I'm going to do some laundry, putter around putting away dishes and stuff from our dinner party last night, maybe take a short bike ride, but that'll probably be it, unless I happen to wander over to the pool later.

So, you all have a great day. I'll be by later to say hello.

Good Morning!

Shadow & I have cruised the neighborhood this morning. We got a later start today because we finally have a curtain up in the bedroom & my critters were not up at the first hint of light.

Now, I am off to the dog track to see if I can find a trainer or two that would like to offer their dogs a competitive edge through massage therapy. Will check back in later.

I am excited, Craig and I just signed up again for curling league for the winter. We curled last year and had a great time. At least I will have a guarenteed work out each week. Don't know who else will be on our team yet.

Chloe and I had a slushy morning walk. It rained all day yesterday.

Karla, what did you do with the purple ball? Just curious. It is just a totally dreary day, but fortunately it's not too chilly out-feels more like the first breath of spring instead of the last gasp of fall but looks like a stay in bed and read kind of day all around! However, that being said, I did some of mine despite not having a bit of energy. Yippee.

Hi Karla,

Did my cardio step workout with Kathy Smith again, although now I'm using light weights during some of the routine for added resistance. Jeannie

the "purple ball " is part of the body-vive class.
we do lots of interesting things with it

evey
they do massage the dogs so this might be a great place to check it out.
they also get whirlpool baths

which track ? I may know someone that knows someone

went with our sunday breakfast friends for pizza tonight
now hubby and all 3 dogs are sleeping

I am tempted to stand up and yell "wake up I'm bored" lol
